(Bristol): My bosses do nothing except boss everyone around and throw all their work on us. For this we get less than half the pay they get. One even screams and yells at us for the slightest imperfection. Well, our "open door policy" was slammed in our faces recently when we went to their boss. He also shouted at us and refused to let us get a word in. We're treated as though we're inferior human beings just because we make less money than they do. They get pie in the sky benefits while the rest of us are treated like shit. The worst part is that they can't handle the truth, so if you tell them anything other than life is wonderful in every fucking way they go off on your ass. The ONLY reason they can get away with that is because the economy sucks and they know there aren't any jobs out ! there. Hell is even too good a place for them.
